This line is specifically designed for the client's large-capacity products (such as gallon containers) and innovatively incorporates a customized six-head individually movable filling machine, significantly enhancing production efficiency and flexibility. Unlike traditional side-by-side moving fillers, our customized tracking-type filling machine is equipped with six independently movable filling heads. The rear end of the line is matched with an efficient dual-head four-wheel capping machine, ensuring that filled gallon containers can be sealed quickly and stably, with the entire solution demonstrating high synergy.
