This line is specifically designed for the client's large-capacity products (such as gallon containers) and innovatively incorporates a customized six-head individually movable filling machine, significantly enhancing production efficiency and flexibility. The core innovation of this production line lies in its filling unit. Unlike traditional side-by-side moving fillers, our customized tracking-type filling machine is equipped with six independently movable filling heads. Each head intelligently tracks empty bottles on the conveyor line, achieving "moving while filling," and immediately moves to the next target upon completion. This operational mode offers faster speed and greater flexibility compared to traditional methods, making it particularly suitable for high-volume, multi-container continuous production. The rear end of the line is matched with an efficient dual-head four-wheel capping machine, ensuring that filled gallon containers can be sealed quickly and stably, with the entire solution demonstrating high synergy.
